그리고 I want to visit every country in South America. 이문장에서 every는 부정대명사가 아니라 형용사로 쓰인거 아닌가요??

All과 Both 둘 다 문법적으로 가능하지만, 좀 더 자연스럽게 쓰이는 것은  Both입니다.

🔹 Both vs. All 차이점

1. Both → 두 개(사람) 모두를 의미할 때 사용
2. All → 세 개(사람) 이상을 의미할 때 사용

ex)

Both of them are taller than me. ( 0 )
(그들 둘 다 나보다 키가 크다.)

 

All of them are taller than me. (자연스럽지 않음)
→ "All"은 셋 이상일 때 사용하므로, "two brothers"라고 했을 때는 적절하지 않음.

 

만약 형제가 3명 이상이라면?

• I have three brothers. All of them are taller than me. (O)
• I have three brothers. Both of them are taller than me. (X)

I want to visit every country in South America.

"every"는 이 문장에서 부정대명사가 아니라  'country: 나라' 라는 명사를 앞에서 꾸며주고 '모든'이라는 뜻인 형용사로 쓰였습니다.
